  1. Introduction: This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is provided by Empire Digital Marketing Agency (“Agency”) and is open to United States based clients who are interested in improving their digital marketing efforts through optimized website content, social media, and data and analytics. The Giveaway includes 4 blog posts for the client’s industry, 8 social media posts derived from those blog posts, a basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) audit, and the setup of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and the client’s Google Business Profile where the website and web host permit/provide the ability to do so.
  2. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to companies owned and operated in the 50 United States of America. Existing customers or previous winners are not eligible. Employees of Agency and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
  3. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on the date of acceptance of these terms and conditions and ends on a date to be determined by Agency.
  4. How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, clients must complete the Agency’s digital marketing survey and provide the necessary information to complete the Giveaway services.
  5. Selection of Winners: One winner will be selected at random each month on or before the 8th day (or closest business day to the 8th day) and will be notified by email and phone call.The winner will be selected by Agency in its sole discretion based on the results of the digital marketing survey and the client’s need for digital marketing services. 
  6. Prize: The prize for the Giveaway is a digital marketing package that includes 4 blog posts for the client’s industry, 8 social media posts derived from those blog posts, a basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) audit, and the setup of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and the client’s Google Business Profile. The value of the prize is $1500.
  7. Terms and Conditions of Prize – The winner agrees to:
    1. Provide data and analytics viewer permissions/access to the Agency for the period of three months after the month the prize is won for impact analysis on all deliverables and implementations. 
    2. Winner agrees that the Agency may post findings, learnings, and use-cases to Agency’s website and/or any other digital/social platforms that include Winner’s company name.
    3. All blogs created/edited by Agency will include a backlink to Agency’s website with Agency as the author. 
    4. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. The winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize. 
  8. Disclaimer: This Giveaway is not sponsored or endorsed by Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or any other company besides Agency. Agency is not responsible for any technical or other malfunctions that may occur during the Giveaway.
  9. Limitation of Liability: Agency shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of participating in the Giveaway or accepting the prize.
  10. Release and Indemnification: By participating in the Giveaway, the winner agrees to release and hold the Agency and its affiliates, employees, directors, officers, agents, and assigns harmless from any and all damages, losses, and claims of any kind arising from their participation in the Giveaway and the acceptance of the prize. 
  11. Governing Law: The Giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the state of Utah in which Agency is located.
  12. Data Collection: Data collected from this Giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Agency’s Privacy Policy.
  13. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Agency reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  14. Winner List: The name of the winner may be obtained by sending a request to Agency at the address listed on the Agency website.

If the four tools have already been implemented by the winner, Agency will perform an audit of the four tools and deliver actionable optimization recommendations.
